To cancel your subscription, you must submit a cancellation request via email to our admin team. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Please ensure you are using the same email address that was used during signup. 

Before sending the cancellation email, please have the following information ready: 
- Full Name 
- Registered Email Address 
- Subscription / Order ID (if available)

Providing complete details helps us process your request faster.
